Send details to cs@rbatwala.online. Include your name, phone, and a clear description with screenshots (if any).

For urgent matters, call +91 8109815196. We may ask you to follow up via email for records.

Resolution Timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 48 hours.
  • Resolution target: within 15 working days.
  • If additional time is needed, we will share status updates and the expected resolution date.

Escalation

If your issue remains unresolved after 15 working days, reply to the same email thread with the word ESCALATION in the subject. Your case will be reviewed by the Grievance Officer.
